The first focus will be on shopping. Which is interesting, since Alibaba in China is planning the same.
I’m not imaginative — or motivated enough — to envision VR shopping. The very idea just bores me. (But if I could compare sizes of things, I’d get excited quick!)
Remember that this is Amazon. Shopping is the camel’s nose in the tent.
It won’t take long for them to seek out VR experiences and stories to flog too.
If VR wasn’t happening “yet,” it’s on its way to happening now.
