ArsTechnica delivers some troubling news:
In the excitement, it slipped my mind that it’s not an AMOLED screen. That’s a Daydream certification requirement.
But who says it still couldn’t be used? I would still buy it for VR! And if Google stupidly blocks it from Daydream, you can bet someone will devise a way to make it work. The Spice must flow!

However, it is very simple to enable daydream via editing build.prop, so no worries
That’s if buildprop can be gotten to. Sony likes to wrap up their devices tightly.
