This is probably meant for dealers. (Probably why trying to rip it via DownloadHelper fails.)
It’s interesting to see how it’s put together. There is no black electrical tape that’s associated with cheap Chinese assembly. But there are a hell of a lot of screws.

I wonder how long it takes a factory to turn out one scooter? It seems to me they would make less in one day than a modern car factory.
