Correction: YouTube View Stats

Yesterday in the post, How Much Money Does A Viral YouTube Video Make?, I published this chart of my Top 10 Videos view stats:

Click = big

That turns out to be incorrect. I had the timeframe set for only the past 30 days.

I was looking at my list of videos and noticed higher view counts than the above chart, so I went back to Analytics to see what was up. That was when I discovered I had it set for the wrong date range.

This is the chart of my Top 10 Videos over their lifetime:

Click = big

Which I find even more hilarious in light of all the ad networks who want me to join them. In my Top 10, there’s not a single video that I created. They’re all shares, some from Youku in China!
