Just how idiotic can this city become?
In a city filled with problems — some of which are transit-related, such as the subway and bus service! — they choose to focus on this:
Anyone who has the nerve to call that number is an eRat. A Quisling. A collaborator with eNazis.
That sign is a goddammed disgrace. Take it down! Repeal the law!
