Maps Of Publicly-Accessible AC Outlets

I was wondering if anyone has taken on the task of mapping out public-use AC outlets? With so many eSkateboards having limited range and my seeing videos of group rides with group recharging from power strips (sometimes at a Starbucks!), it seems such maps are needed. In NYC I know of AC outlets at the Whitehall Ferry terminal and almost every public library (just use a desk for a notebook computer). But there must be more. Anyone want to tackle this or has someone else already done it? This could be useful for travelers too.
