Notice that the enclosure for battery and ESC was pushed forward a bit. I also suspect Johnny changed out the front truck. The back truck, of course, had to be changed to one with the pulley and motor. I also suspect the wheels went from the standard ELOS 72mm to 83mm, but I’m not certain. I can see they aren’t the standard ELOS-supplied wheels branded with their slogan:
If all of that is so, then this is a mod even I should be able to do, with parts from DIYeboard:

And I think it can be used with the enclosure and battery shown together in this kit (the ESC, probably not):
