Weekend reading was Pale Rider: The Spanish Flu of 1918 and How It Changed the World by Laura Spinney. Unlike other 1918 flu books I’ve read, this focuses less on the horror and takes a global overview. It fills in the gaps as to how the flu affected other countries. An important addition.
