Hell cold generally kept Alt-Wheels off the streets and bike paths. Even so, I sighted 1 unidentified eScooter and 1 unidentified eSkateboard (which might have been using direct-drive motors!).
Hiking to Best Buy on Sunday (yesterday, at post time), I finally remembered to look for Casey Neistat’s lair: 368. Saw it. Nothing to see. The windows were all blocked with white paint or some other covering.
The highlight of the weekend was the Lenovo Yoga Book C930 Google Books PDF Test. That will be a separate post. Anyone who wants to try it should go to the Union Square Best Buy. It’s the only one that keeps it with its stylus. The miserable Best Buy near Houston Street doesn’t have it — they’re generally late in getting everything.
Reading is not yet worth mentioning. It’s in-progress and a book I might abandon (that does happen).
