Surface ‘Centaurus’ is another dual-screen Microsoft PC with Windows Core OS
I’m told that Centaurus runs Windows Core OS, Microsoft’s new modern version of Windows 10. It runs an experience that has been designed from the ground up for dual-screen devices, and as such, provides a tailored experience that takes advantage of the dual-screen setup, that can also adapt the user experience to fit other orientations the device may be usable in.
It’s unknown if this will have an eInk display like the Lenovo Yoga Book C930. Or if it will look anything like the above concept image. And really, a damn loop to hold the stylus? I hope they go with magnets.
I’m not keen on the Core OS idea because it requires getting apps through Microsoft’s store. We’ll see.
