Despite this having the “VespaTV” branding, it’s not on that YouTube Channel.
And a Google search comes up with nothing.
So I don’t know what this is. I just know this is the kind of thing that should ride in a car, not bike, lane. And that would require a vehicle license — which would then make lawmakers suddenly discover eUnicycles and what to do about the larger ones from Gotway, etc.
If it’s real and if Vespa plans on bringing it to market.
