I am ambivalent about this.
The human cost appalls me. But I know history. The Carnegie steel mills were worse. So were the Ford Motor Company factories. Mining, today, is still far worse.
Even so, some things are just wrong and there are things in this report that should have never happened in this century. Common sense alone dictates that, if not basic empathy or some damn basic intelligence.
But when the jobs in this report are moved to robots, then the complaints will start about there being no such jobs.
